Bulok na DIGITEL DSL -"Lintek Our Families. Lintek Our World"

I pasted (below)the result of speed i got for a postpaid DSL Broadband Internet Service that suppose to give 384kbps speed pero ang pinakamabilis na ay 209 lang. HARANG! . 2 weeks ko nang complain ito na sa tuwing tatawag ka sa 1710 (kung makatsamba ka)sasabihin lang sa'yo mag-speed test ka muna then tatanungin ka ng katakut-takot na impormasyon(para bang pupuntahan ka nga sa bahay mo para ayusin ang problema)tapos, bibigyan ka ng report number to follow up. Ganun lang, swerte mo kung maayos within 1 day. Ako nga 2 weeks na...btw, sinwerte ako ngayon dahil naka-submit ako he...he...he! (
