Beware of Globelines broadband
If you are looking for a fast, cheap internet connection, spare yourself and do not get the globelines broadband. I am a writer for a non-profit organization, and we have tried several internet providers, I'd say this is the worst internet provider that we had. Very slow internet connection, the landline that comes with the package at often times do not have a dial tone, and after the "Typhoon Frank", our modem was hit by lightning. After reporting it to the customer service hotline 7 times, up to now it has been 1 1/2 months and globelines still failed to act on our lack of internet connection. We are trying to immediately end our contract with them.
We moved office early this year, our previous internet provider was smartbro. we were satisfied with its services but we decided not to renew our contract with them. We tried globelines since they offer landline and internet service in one package, which fits with our aim to cut costs. Unfortunately, we did not get the quality services that we need. Instead of cutting costs, we are paying for an internet connection when we don't even have one for more than a month, and our staff have been renting in internet computer shops outside the office just to have access. even at the early months of subscription to globelines, we have noticed the very slow internet connection and we always have trouble with the dial tone of our landline.
So guys, be warned. Don't get globelines!

baka kasi smart ang cellphone nyo hahahaha. ganyan din dati ang smartbro at bayantel, ngayon medyo ok na sila, pero hindi ako sigurado kung magiging ok ang globe

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on Mon, 07/14/2008 - 17:07.globelines talagang palpak website nila di maview,sana naman sa dinami dami ng unsatisfied customers nyo matuto na kayo.isa ako sa mga biktima nila,one day palang disconnected kagad,wow ang galing,sarap ihagis ang telepono at modem nila.mura palpak naman,ganun din.tawag customer service punta technician kuno wala naman nagawa disconnected pa rin,mas maigi pa ang smartbro kahit 384kbps once in a bluemoon magkaproblema...its ur own choice at subukan nyo rin para malaman ang katotohanan,di ko kayo tatantanan....

Submitted by Anonymous on Mon, 01/05/2009 - 23:21.I've been using it for 2 years wala pa naman akong major complain. May mga cases na nasisira o nadi-dc, pero follow up naman agad ako. Siguro kailangan lang talaga ipaabot (nang maayos, matiwasay, at malumanay) ang problema para masolusyunan nila. Hindi ako taga-globe.

Submitted by plokplok on Mon, 10/27/2008 - 20:49.sana maimbestigahan etong mga isp providers na ito.kahit pa 300000000 computers ang ikabit namin wala na kayong pakialam dun nagbabayad naman kami di ba,btw ung speed na bigay nyo sa amin di naman sumosobra minsan nga disconnected o wala pa at all.sobra naman yan kayo pang may gana humingi sa amin ng business permit eh unsatisfied naman kaming mga customers nyo,ang yayabang nyo,bakit nyo ibang provider isang i.d. lang ang hinihingi kahit nga pob wl pwede na,hangan 2day ok pa rin ang service nila eto nga mas preferred sa lugar namin...hawak nyo ang server nyo di ba o bakit nangangamba kayo kung ilang computers ang dapat icoonect ng customers nyo bakit malulugi pa kayo,sobra ba ang internet connection speed na binibigay nyo,nag kakapal ng mukha nyo,calling GLOBE esp.........
